The initial attestation of personnel shall be conducted no later than 30 working days from the moment of:
a) issuance of the order on employment;
b) transfer to another place of work, when job responsibilities cover new areas for which certification is required;
c) conclusion of an employment contract with another employer (part-time), when job responsibilities cover new areas for which certification is required. To be admitted to the initial attestation in the SFPC, the operator/specialized legal entity and/or individual shall submit an application on paper or in electronic form, to which shall be attached the following documents for each candidate:
- a copy of the educational document (diploma, certificate, school leaving certificate or any equivalent educational document) granting the legal right to carry out activities in accordance with the specialty/profession/occupation;
- copies of the educational/professional training documents corresponding to the area of attestation;
- a copy of the document on the candidate's employment (order, decision, regulation, individual employment contract/part-time contract/service contract), if the operator/specialized legal entity has submitted an application for personnel attestation;
- one color photo (3×4).

a) Periodic attestation of engineering and technical personnel working in the field of industrial safety is carried out:
- the first two periodic attestation of engineering and technical personnel, including personnel responsible for organizing and conducting internal production control at production facilities, are carried out once every 36 months. Subsequent attestation are carried out once every 60 months.
b) Periodic attestation of working personnel working in the field of industrial safety is carried out in the following cases:
- working personnel with up to three years of work experience in the profession
- once every 12 months; - working personnel with more than three years of work experience in the profession - once every 24 months;
c) Unscheduled attestation of engineering and technical personnel and working personnel working in the field of industrial safety is carried out in the following cases:
- when, based on the results of a technical investigation into the causes of an accident at a production facility or at a technical installation / process system, violations of safety standards and rules committed by engineering and technical and working personnel are established;
- when introducing new (previously unused) types of technical installations and/or technological systems at an industrial and/or social and municipal facility.

To be admitted to periodic/extraordinary attestation in the SFPC, the operator/specialized legal entity and/or individual shall submit an application on paper or in electronic form, to which shall be attached the following documents for each candidate:
- a copy of the document on the candidate's employment (order, decision, regulation, individual employment contract/part-time contract/service agreement), if the operator/specialized legal entity has submitted an application for personnel attestation;
- a copy of the previous permit for admission and/or an extract from the State Register of Industrial Facilities and Potentially Hazardous Technical Installations/a copy of the attestation protocol;
- one color photo (3×4), in the case of periodic attestation.
