In modern conditions, quality is the key to success in the activities of any enterprise from any industry. The concept of quality is closely related to what we call the benefits of modern civilization, the preservation of the environment, health and well-being of each of us. Quality determines how successful the enterprise is, and in a market economy, the quality of products and services provided is a guarantor of the further successful development of the enterprise and its competitiveness.
