03/05/2019 in the office of the Technical Center for Industrial Safety and Certification, mun. Chisinau, No. 48, Serghei Lazo str., a working meeting was held with representatives of importers of petroleum products in the Republic of Moldova.
In a working atmosphere, was discussed the latest changes in Law No. 461 of July 30, 2001 on the oil products market; Government Decree No. 476 of April 17, 2002 approving the Regulation on the transportation of imported petroleum products; in the Government Decree No. 1116 of August 22, 2002 on the approval of the Provision on storage and wholesale trade (through an automated system) of identified oil products.
The representatives of the importers was informed about the procedures for the inspection of petroleum products in the context of these changes. Particular attention was paid to the stages of inspection.
There have been a multitude of questions related to the changes introduced in the legislation that received answers.
